Hi, I'm Tristin.
I live and work right here in Mountain Home. My background is in IT and cybersecurity, and I've watched good local businesses lose jobs simply because nobody could get back to a caller fast enough.
I started TAMCO Media to fix that. I build every system personally, I test it before you ever see it, and when you need help, you get me, not a call center.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. We set everything up and test it for you. If you can send a text, you can use it. You'll get a short walkthrough and help any time you need it.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
How fast am I live?
Usually within a few days of our call. Text messaging needs a one-time carrier registration, which can add a little time. We handle all of it for you.
Will the auto-text annoy my regular customers?
The message is written in your voice and sounds like a quick, friendly reply from your business. We set it up with you so it fits how you talk to customers.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your domain name is always yours. If you cancel, we'll walk you through your options for your site so you're never left without one.
Can I upgrade later?

Do I have to change the software I already use?
