These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the TAMCO Media website (tamcomedia.com) and services, including all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by TAMCO Media. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages sent by TAMCO Media may include alerts, reminders, appointment confirmations, service updates, promotional offers, and other relevant communications. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and your preferences.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive as part of our service. This could affect your bill and depends on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

To discontinue receiving messages from TAMCO Media, reply “STOP” to any of our messages at any time. This will unsubscribe you from our SMS communications. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us using the information below.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data, including in relation to our A2P 10DLC messaging service. It is available at tamcomedia.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Message Delivery

TAMCO Media does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Such issues can occur due to factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Obligations

When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.

Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications.

Services

TAMCO Media provides marketing, automation, website, and communication software services to businesses on a month-to-month basis. Specific service inclusions, pricing, and cancellation terms are set out in each client’s Client Services Agreement.

Founding Client Offer

Founding client pricing is offered to a limited number of businesses at TAMCO Media’s discretion. Where it applies, the discount and its conditions are set out in that client’s Founding Client Agreement. Advertising the offer on our website does not guarantee that a spot is available.

Website Information and Estimates

Content on our website is provided for general information. Results from tools such as the missed-call calculator are estimates based only on the numbers you enter. They are not a guarantee of results, revenue, or performance for your business.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

TAMCO Media reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct communications where feasible. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
